Before you choose.
What counts as a unit?
A unit is anything you book a guest into: a villa, suite, room, run or kennel. A family suite that holds three cats is one unit.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. If your hotel grows past 25 units you move to Growth, and your setup, customers and bookings stay exactly as they are.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Petwyse bills in US dollars, British pounds, euros, Canadian dollars, Australian dollars and South African rand. Pick your currency on this page to see your price.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. Annual plans are paid upfront, cost the same as ten months and include white-glove data migration.
Why is the website free?
Destiny Digital, the studio behind Petwyse, designs and hosts websites in South Africa at a fraction of US agency costs. A better website brings you more bookings, and those bookings run through Petwyse, so we include it.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 30-day trial is the full version with no card required. Choose a plan when you are ready.
