Who we are

Petwyse is run by Petwyse Software, a brand of Destiny Digital Consulting LLC, a company registered in Delaware, USA. "You" means the business that holds the Petwyse account.

Account ownership

The account belongs to the person who signed up, or to their employer if they signed up on the employer's behalf. If there is a dispute about who owns an account, we decide, and we may disable the account until it is settled.

Accepting these terms

You accept these terms by ticking the box when you register. If we change the terms and you keep using Petwyse, you accept the changes.

Using your subscription

Your subscription is for your own business. It cannot be used by others, or to process data on behalf of others. We may end an account without notice if it is abused.

Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. We never store your card details. Access is locked while there is no active subscription, and an account with an unpaid balance for 60 days may be closed, which can mean losing its data.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time. We do not give refunds, but you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Your data

You own your data. Bookings are kept for at least 18 months after check-out. You can export your data when you leave, and it is deleted one year after your account closes, or sooner if you ask. We use sub-processors to run the service.

Privacy

We process your customers' data on your behalf, following the GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018. You are the data controller and we are the data processor. You are responsible for getting consent from your customers and handling their data lawfully. See our privacy policy.

Price changes

We give at least three months' notice of any price increase, unless the increase is caused by something outside our control. New modules or features may be priced separately.

Availability and changes to the service

Petwyse is provided "as is", without warranties. We are not responsible for outages outside our control. We may change or update features, and we will always keep the core reservation management working.

Liability

Our liability is limited to direct damages and excludes indirect losses. We are not responsible for third-party providers, your reservations, taxes or payment disputes. We are not a merchant of record or a reseller.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, and disputes are settled in the Delaware courts. If these terms are translated, the English version applies.
