Customer Management - All customers must register prior to requesting a booking. The customer status is set to NEW on registration, but can be changed to REGULAR after a set number of bookings. This allows for tiered loyalty programs. Customers can also be set to BLACKLIST.

Action icons for Customer Management
Capture a new booking, send a Whats App or send an e-mail directly from within the app. Design your own e-mail templates which can be easily selected and amended before sending. Further actions are available through the more icon.
Useful Data at your fingertips
Add a note to a customer, track the total number of bookings per customer and the last time that a customer logged in. Customers can also be filtered by type, number of bookings and number of pets. Where no pets have been uploaded, these customers can be contacted or removed from your customer management list.
Black List Customers
Customers all have a NEW status when registering. This can be changed to The status of every customer can be changed to regular, pensioner, occasional, pet relocation or black list. The BLACK LIST option will show no availability for the customer.
Upload a list of Customers
If you already have a customer list, download our csv template with the appropriate headings, copy the list to the csv and easily upload this file. Alternatively, contact us and we can upload the list for you.
