Search by booking number, customer name or pet name and easily find any booking. Add notes, view an event log per booking, send an e-mail and manage payments.

Booking Management

View an event log per booking, showing e-mails sent and read receipts. Send an e-mail to the customer, using default or custom templates with your own wording. View pricing information and capture payments. Edit the booking or capture a new booking for this customer. Further actions and information is available under the more dots, including viewing the booking invoice, alerts relating to this booking or delete the booking. Easy booking management.

Top bar to show current bookings, check-ins and outs by date and future bookings by day, week, month or more 

Bookings can also be shown as a list or a card for mobile. This is probably more control than you need, but we prefer to over deliver. Easily see the status of all current bookings by selecting the CURRENT BOOKINGS option.  Select UPCOMING BOOKINGS and the period to view for a list of booking for the next week. 

Change the STATUS of bookings

Booking Management

Bookings are all PENDING until approved. Once approved, the status is changed to DEPOSIT DUE. Once the deposit is paid, the status is DEPOSIT PAID. On full payment, the booking becomes FULLY PAID.  For longer bookings, there is the option of a PAY PLAN. Once the check-out date is passed, booking are automatically set to ARCHIVED. Bookings are automatically deleted after two years, although the number of bookings per customer is retained. Bookings can also be declined, amended or cancelled.

SEARCH and FILTER bar

Search for a customer by starting to type their name or surname. The search bar will show a list of customers by the first few letters that you type. Alternatively, start typing the name of a pet, which includes the customers surname, or use the booking number drop down list.
